The Location and it's Surroundings

When I was travelling past the Matar Kulcha place the other day I started to notice the visual setting, and what caught my attention was the open garbage disposal a few meters away. The Matar Kulcha isn't located in the best area, the flooring is uneven and muddy, which results in a lot of dust.
What contributes to this is the continuous movement of cars as the stall is located just opposite the market and the lane is used by cars to reverse. This  also causes inconvinience to the people standing around and eating there. The open waste disposal is used by all the vendors around, as it is a public dump for dry and wet waste, this makes the setting unpleasant and might sometimes influence individuals against eating the Kulcha.
