Kulcha
It's the speciality of the Matar Kulcha person me and my group members did our research on . There are two types of Kulcha served :-
Simple ( normal Kulcha warmed on tava with butter )
Topped ( Kulcha with Chutney and Paneer )
The special Red Chutney is spread over the Kulcha . It is made from Lasan and Mirchi.
Also the Pickle is also his speciality as during one of my visits I asked one of the customers during the survey and what they answered me was that they come to this Matar Kulcha because of his special red chutney and his famous pickle .
The spicy delicious seasonal pickle is made from
chilly powder
carrot
radish
surson oil
mustard oil
salt
turmeric powder
